Jhilam RoyChowdhury is dedicated in helping organizations design growth multiplying initiatives and has a proven track record of transforming organizations and empowering professionals to achieve exponential growth. She is a community development professional with over 20 years of experience in the social development sector.
Throughout her career, she has worked across India on key issues such as health, education, migration, women’s empowerment, and human rights. She holds a postgraduate degree in Sociology and has completed advanced studies at prestigious institutions both domestically and internationally. As a Hewlett Packard Fellow, Jhilam was honoured to visit the USA multiple times to collaborate on reproductive rights initiatives.
Jhilam is an active member of the Rotary Club of Calcutta Megacity and served as Secretary for the year 2023-24. She is also a musician, holding a first-class senior diploma in Hindustani classical music from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad. You can find her on YouTube and Facebook sharing her love for Ghazals, Bhajans, Rabindra Sangeet, Nazrul Giti, Adhunik, and Bollywood classics. An outgoing and fun-loving personality, Jhilam brings joy and positivity to every gathering. She enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures and flavours.

Mrs. Dia Das boasts an impressive career spanning over 25 years in education and career counseling. She possesses in-depth knowledge of instructional methods tailored to students at various grades and levels. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and age groups, inspiring them to excel academically.
Her guidance has helped students of all ability levels achieve their educational objectives. She engages with students to discuss their career and educational aspirations, assisting them in course selection to ensure steady progress toward their goals.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Dia is passionate about cooking, interior designing, and aesthetics. She is a warm and engaging hostess, known for hosting numerous gatherings.
Her excellent public relations skills are poised to elevate NishchayaCare to new heights. Additionally, she is an expert in contemporary dance styles and an invaluable member of various cultural groups
